Rev. Mark D. Boykin, B.A.

Senior Pastor Boykin has been the driving force behind Church of All Nations since 1989. During his tenure the church has experienced dramatic growth, beginning with 250 members and cresting to its current level of over 2500 attendees. Pastor Boykin is the Chancellor of The Fire Institute and Chairman of the Board for Christian Ministries International Fellowship (CMI). Pastor Boykin received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Central Bible College.

Rev. Brian M. McBride, B.A.,  A. A.

Rev. McBride is the Director of Fire Institute. He assumed the position of Director in February 2009. He brings to the Institute over 17 years of full time ministry experience. He has served in many capacities from Youth Pastor, Associate Pastor, Sr. Associate Pastor, Senior Pastor, and Evangelist. He has a great burden to help raise up great young Pastors and Leaders who are full of the Holy Spirit and power.  Rev. McBride received his Bachelor of Arts and Associate of Arts degrees from Central Bible College.

Rev. Joe Flores, Ph.D.

Dr. Flores is the Student Affairs Advisor. Dr. Flores has been an ordained minister over 25 years. He received the Ph.D. and M.A. degrees in Christian Counseling as well as the M.A. and B.A. degrees in Religious Education. Dr. Flores served as President, Dean of Academics and Professor at South Florida Bible College & Seminary. He holds licensure for Pastoral Counselor and Clinical Counselor. He is board certified as both Marriage Therapist and Family Therapist. He has been married to his wife Toni for over 43 years.

   
       
Rev. William Valmyr, Ph.D.

Dr. Valmyr is the Academic Advisor. He graduated from Nova Southeastern University with a B.S. in Psychology, an M.S. in Educational Administration, and an Ed.S. in TESOL. He also earned an M.A. in Christianity & Culture from Knox Seminary and a Ph.D. in Religious Education. His careful research and study have resulted in presentations on Religious Education, Spiritual Formation and the Christian Worldview.  He is a full-time staff member at Nova Southeastern University and enjoys spending time with his wife Marsha and daughter Meghan.
 

 

 
       
Rev. Juliana Rezende-Baxter, M.S.

Pastor Juliana accepted the position of Associate Director - Portuguese in May 2008. She is the founder and director of the International School of Ballet and Dance. She has been serving at Church of All Nations as Associate Pastor since January 2007. Pastor Juliana teaches various courses in her native language of Portuguese while serving as Women's Chaplain for the entire student body. She received her undergraduate degree from Christ for the Nations Theological Seminary and the Master of Science in Religion degree from the University of Goiania in Brazil.
